Audi’s technical development department TE (“Tech Recess Entwicklung”) has amused himself with hustrimmaren quattro GmbH and developed a racing version of the TT RS. The background is that you feel pressure from racing enthusiasts to get a (cheaper?) Alternative to R8 LMS. The car is built to participate in 24-hour racing at Nürgburgring after VLN-regulation that exists.

We have written quite a bit about Audi’s latest hot TT RS, some of it speculative, some of it factual. But it makes sense with such an interesting car to have a quick recap and confirm the stats – Oh, and you may as well have the Press Release to digest.
